This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions (Starter and Pro plans) purchased through TeachersFlow.

2. Merchant of Record
All payments for TeachersFlow subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, tax compliance, and refunds.
Because Paddle is the merchant of record, all refund requests are governed by and processed in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy, available at:

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please use one of the following methods:
- Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email
- Visit https://paddle.net and select the "Request refund" option
- Contact Paddle support directly via your receipt or billing page

4. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is determined by Paddle in accordance with their refund policy, which includes:
- Statutory withdrawal rights for consumers in the EU/EEA/UK (14-day right of withdrawal), Turkey/Israel (14 days), South Korea/Brazil/China/Canada (7 days), and Singapore (5 days)
- Discretionary refunds that Paddle may issue on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the transaction date
- Technical or product defects where persistent issues prevent you from accessing features as described

5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the application settings. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund — please see Paddle's Refund Policy for refund eligibility
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting on our website. For material changes, we will provide notice via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
7. Consumer Protection
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If mandatory laws in your jurisdiction provide stronger refund protections, those protections apply.
